Should I target OC1 or OC3? I think OC3 aligns well with my evidence.
Working in UK in a big game development company for 1 year, can show recent proof of my innovative/impactful work at my current digital tech UK company and appreciation of my work on the company’s internal ERP system.
The product is an internal product, they used to do manual work but my product has automated it. (Multiple pipelines, AI part + product development) Time reduced from 3hours to 30 secs). I don’t have any access to company’s sales etc. but can show how much they are charging for the outputs of their manual work (selling comic books online). Now their bandwidth of selling more comic book has increased significantly. I have all the evidence that I did the entire work, AI research , product development, internal gitlab codes, diagrams, documentation, etc. Entire product was developed by me. Total 3 members in AI department with hierarchy HOD > me > Jr ml engineer. HOD’s LOR is attached with 3 LORS. can only get a support letter from Jr engineer.
What more evidence can I attach to make it stronger?
I forgot to mention that the presentation at the conference was for the research papers published in those conferences. Yes, the presentations are available online. Viewership of specifically my presentation cant be checked for one paper, but for another paper it is visible (270 views). Have a reference/recommendation letter from a top researcher in the field who worked with me in the same lab, now working at Australian gov research institute.
Q: do these presentations count? Since my talk was because of my accepted research paper (in top AI conferences)
What other evidence documents are you showing in OCs (if you did OC1 or OC3?)
Demonstrating only one example is not the strongest, they would want to see atleast one more. Depending on whether your other example counts in innovation or not, you can pick OC1 or OC3
Can you show testimonials or feedback from users of the automated product and use that in your support letter?
@pahuja I have very strong evidences for OC4, i.e good research publications. So that why I am concerned about the 2nd OC and deciding to choose OC1 or OC3.
And the users of the product are also internal since the product is internal (developed product for another department). Can get some feedbacks from them.
I can say my research publications are very novel and innovative , accelerating the field, and exceptional, with good citation counts. Alot of download requests. Published in top tier conferences.
@pahuja for MC i have high salary proofs and going to show top 1 out of 4 research papers.
Remaining paper will go into OC4.
But specifically for OC1 or 3 regarding the product I developed, apart from the things I mentioned, if they are not enough ,what else can be shown. Thats what I am asking.

@hasam your MC doesn’t appear very strong. You need atleast 2-3 more apart from salary proof. Research papers would count in OC4 if you have had an academic + working background in 5 years.
I am not sure if you have 4-6 strong evidences to show for 2 OCs?
