New change in ILR will it affect GTV ?

The news says going forward need to wait 8 years instead of 5 years for ILR .The same applies for global talent (3 to 8 years ) and global promise (5 to 8 years ) ??

Someone please share some light here.

Lot of changes coming in for the immigration rules like student visa , ILR, dependents .2024 going to be tough for migrants in UK.
