Hello everyone,

I am currently preparing my Global Talent Visa application and would appreciate your feedback on my evidence structure, strength, and overall alignment with Tech Nation’s criteria. I have listed more evidences in OC because I am not sure which is stronger and if it will not be a bother, I will appreciate any advise on which of the evidences to use. Thanks.

Background:
I am an experienced AI and blockchain technology leader with experience in business process automation, digital transformation, and scalable product development My expertise includes AI-powered automation, blockchain authentication, fintech payment solutions, and education technology.

I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at an AI-powered e-commerce automation (B2B) company and Product Manager at a blockchain-based authentication startup. I am also the founder of a digital training initiative focused on equipping women and youth with practical tech skills, including digital tools, business process management, and remote working, to enhance their career and entrepreneurial opportunities. Your application shows strong potential for the Global Talent Visa. The mandatory criteria evidence appears solid, particularly with the Microsoft Startups acceptance and Certificate of Grant. However, the Civil Service Fast Stream offer might not be suitable as evidence since it’s for a future position.

Your OC1 and OC3 evidence seems fine.

Consider consolidating your evidence into fewer, stronger pieces rather than submitting all available options. Each piece should tell a complete story with technical documentation, impact metrics, and validation through reference letters. Focus on evidence that clearly demonstrates innovation and leadership rather than routine technical work.

Your digital skills training initiative could be better positioned under OC2 rather than as additional evidence, as it demonstrates thought leadership and community contribution. This would help balance your application across different criteria categories.

Remember to ensure all reference letters specifically address how your work contributes to the UK’s digital technology sector.

MC:
any social media announcements need to have significant engagement to be considered strong by TN. It’s better to show the official document/contract instead of social media.

Offer letter is not a valid evidence.

OC1: include proof of product in market along with its traction in addition to self-claims and letter.

Additional evidences listed can be used in MC to show advancement of field contributions or in OC2.
