Need guidance reagarding MCs

Hi,

I am targeting exceptional talent and need suggestions on the points below.

*You have evidence of speaking at high-profile digital technology sector events, or specialist events for your particular field in the digital technology sector, as evidenced by reference letter(s) from leading industry expert(s) describing your work, or as evidenced by news clippings or similar evidence (including event size/attendance estimates where possible).

Published a research paper and presented at a very high-profile Artificial conference (it was a virtual conference during covid with 13K + attendees of the conference, cant say about my presentation’s views), have 160 citations, and 1200 or download request forms of the research from researchers all around the world (major universities/labs), and my presentation is available online on the conference’s website. Have more evidence (letter from a leading research expert from the same lab I worked in), but need to know if all of these cover this MC?

*Published material in professional or major trade publications or major media about the applicant related to the applicant’s work in the digital technology sector. You must include the title, date and evidence that you are the author of such published material and any necessary translation.

Another research paper with 160+ citations was published at a top Artificial Intelligence conference with my presentation available online (280+ views) on their website. I was contacted by IEEE Biometrics Council to write a page about this research for their quarterly newsletter and was published. Does this evidence cover this MC?

*You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services, as evidenced by commercial or employment contracts with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings.

Working as a Machine Learning Engineerv(Oxford) in the UK already for 1 year, basic salary is more than top % acc to Glassdoor in Oxford (Glassdoor top is 58k, getting 60k+), considered a high salary to cover this point?

Q2: Another question, can we submit evidence for more than 2 MCs? If not then can you please suggest which 2 of the above should I target most?

Q3: For OC, can I show recent proof of my innovative work at my current digital tech UK company and appreciation of my work on the company’s internal ERP systems? Since I am currently working and just completed an innovative product, that will help the company’s already set up business to earn a lot from this product, would they accept this recent work?

  1. Do you have invite letter, pictures, screenshots of you speaking, any links to the recorded conference, your name on their website/agenda, any participant feedback/testimonials, letter from the organizer?

  2. The salary scale looks fine!

  3. Yes: the examples given are not different MCs. They are different examples under a single MC. You can use evidence to show multiple examples listed under MC.

  4. Yes: however need to back with support letter, maybe also forecasted launch plan of the product, forecasted revenue, users, markets, etc and your significant contribution.

  1. Thanks @pahuja for your reply. I forgot to mention that the presentation at the conference was for the research papers published in those conferences. Yes, the presentations are available online. Viewership of specifically my presentation cant be checked for one paper, but for another paper it is visible (270 views). Have a reference/recommendation letter from a top researcher in the field who worked with me in the same lab, now working at Australian gov research institute.
    Q: do these presentations count? Since my talk was because of my accepted research paper (in top AI conferences)

I don’t have any access to company’s sales etc. but can show how much they are charging for the outputs of their manual work (selling comic books online) . Now their bandwidth of selling more comic book has increased significantly. I have all the evidence that I did the entire work, AI research , product development, internal gitlab codes, diagrams, documentations etc.

Q. I am confused bw leader vs promise, which one should i go for. I have 3 years of industrial experience and 2 years of researcher experience during masters. (All in AI domain). Does it count as 5 or 3 years experience?

@hasam if you have worked in any tech company, only that experience counts towards your total years of work.

Your research experience wont count towards it unless you worked with any tech company.

Lets suppose you have first worked with tech company from 2017 to 2018 and then you worked with another company from 2020 to 2022. Your total year of experience will be more then 5 years just because you first worked in tech company in 2017. So make sure if you are going for promise you must show your experience in tech companies from the last five years means from 2019.

Should I target OC1 or OC3? I think OC3 aligns well with my evidence.

Hi @Adeelawan12 you took an appeal draft service from me showcasing your need to appeal within a day and showing your need of not having salary. I offered you a 55% discount because of your need - You committed you ll pay the pending ÂŁ108 in first week of August.

Me and My accounts team have followed up multiple times now with false commitments from your end.

It is quite disappointing and harassing to say the least to stop responding and give false words while take the full service from someone.

I do want to point this out now here as I see you messaging here but pretending to not respond on other platforms. I am sorry to say but it’s quite a shameful behavior.

Would be sharing snapshots and call recording if you are unable to fulfill your committed amount today.

  1. I spent 11+ personal hours going through your entire application to find what you even have in your original application and answering all your questions. I had recommended you appeal as it’s free of cost - you can’t submit new evidence like I had mentioned multiple times and your original application has whatever it had to answer the rejection feedback.

  2. The price was confirmed before I even started - and you had committed you will pay within Aug first week.

  3. My accounts team has followed up with more false timelines from your end. If you didn’t have to pay atleast do not lie and give false timelines to waste our time and efforts. It’s shameful.

If you were not satisfied you should have clarified before not now that you are highlighted here. Your words sent to me showed different feedback versus here. If your original application itself had minimal proof, there’s only limited anyone can do. Taking a chance upto you! Even the best profiles get rejection basis a variety of reasons.

  1. I never said don’t pay - I had transparently shared all pricing and I encouraged you to write yourself however you took 9 hours of Q&A and I told you I will write (on your request) at a discount considering how much you stressed your lack of salary.

It’s been a harrassment to retrieve our own money basis the trust I placed on your false words. It’s pretty bad to do this - kindly close the pending payment of £108 today without fail otherwise we are bound to give your name as a formal complaint legally without any further reminders.

@pahuja i have nothing to say since i have been already scammed multiple times and since you did my appeal however it was rejected but you could have wait for a little longer in case i didn’t pay earlier however if you are asking for 100% it was your responsibility to get me through this. However you failed and this is the reason i didn’t choose you for my further application.

However thank you i did my part and i am happy and this time i am getting endorsed all by my own.

No consultant can guarantee success in an appeal especially since it depends on the quality of your original application. Should have discussed this before spending even a minute on your application versus 12 hours.

Your feedback highlighted even spelling mistakes on your own company website which indicates not a strong quality to prove. The appeals success is dependent on strength of your own application not on a consultant.

My finance team works on timelines committed by the applicant, you had mentioned a timeline, we waited and did multiple reminders either without response or with more unmet timelines.

Would appreciate not to twist words - happy to share screenshots.

@pahuja then no consultant should ask rest of the money if the application has been failed.

Because before alot of people have already told me to pay 50% before and application has been failed they will pay me back but in your case there was no such contract my bad luck. However its a request if you are working for anyone do contract before that.

You have already ruined my 210 pounds.

Since you have experience with so many consultants, should have done a contract yourself instead of taking advantage of someone’s kindness.

I had actually encouraged you to write yourself and not to invest in my service. You chose to.
