Multiple screenshots/documents of evidence: should be in 1 file or multiple?

Hi there,
Many thanks for this forum and knowledge sharing :smiling_face:

I have read multiple rejections with a reason like “applicant made multiple screenshots and put in 1 evidence document”.

I have a local project I worked on and I want to show:

  1. Project tasks assigned and closed by me. Project description also shows me as a main ‘developer’ - 1st page
  2. Architecture diagrams I created for the project - 2nd page
  3. My communication with a stakeholder - 3rd page

Am I correct in thinking that if all 3 pages with multiple screenshots/diagrams above are about one single project, that it is acceptable?

P.S. I understand that this is not a strong evidence, it is a supporting one.
