Hello, I’m currently working 3 full-time jobs in tech. Will it be unwise to include all of them in oc3? Or TN will frown against it.
Also, can I use the same company for 1 MC (General improvement I’ve done with them) and 2 OC3 criteria (2 successful features I worked on.). Thanks
What do you mean by working 3 full-time jobs in tech. Are all three companies listed on your linkedin? This may actually work against you as it could be interpreted that you are consulting.
They are all full time and not consulting. I’ll show my contract in the evidence doc and will get letter of reference from all the CEO confirming I’m fulltime. Only 1 is showing on my linkedin
I don’t understand how you are working for 3 companies full time. Unless you are working 0.4FTE and 0.2FE in another

I think working in three full time jobs at the same time will raise credibility concerns. Assessors, I believe expect a believable timeline and clear evidence of substantial and impactful contribution. Listing 3 full time roles makes it hard for them to trust that you genuinely delivered high impact work in each place.
I would suggest you only include the role that best demonstrate your contributions and impact. If any role was advisory or fractional, make that clear.Focus on depth, not quantity. TN values strong evidence that shows impact, contribution and not many roles one occupied.
On your question, yes, you can use the same company in MC and OC3 as long as the evidence is unique and rightly meet each criterion’s requirement. Also, Please note, that this is with no regards to what you listed as evidence, as those are vague descriptions of what you did and not evidence that will show recognition or contribution respectively.
