MC for Talent and Promise (employee)

Hi dear all
For both talent and promise, the common statement is as follows:
…OR an employee working on a new digital field or concept.
Especially for talent consideration, should I be a senior executive? My title is Project Principal and I am contributing to a new digital product development project and I am an employee. There is not an executive title in the company? What does "“senior executive” mean exactly?
