Just me speculating on possible examples:
- You have started a company
- You have joined a company as a member of a leadership team
- You have led a team within the organisation to deliver an innovative product
- You have organised some tech events or took a leadership role in organising tech events
- You have led an academic research (initiated a research)
Anything that demonstrates that you are willing to go above and beyond to deliver a quality result.
