Three letters of recommendation from three different well-established individuals acknowledged as experts in the digital technology field

Questions, please:

  1. These 3 letters are included as a part of that 10 documents or are considered separate = 10 + 3?
  2. LORs can be from:
    A) Startup Accelerators?
    B) IT Company Founder/CEOs that are IT services providers but not specifically a SaaS-based company.
    C) Should it be some startup founder / or SaaS-based company?
