LinkedIn check for endorsement process

Hi All,

This might be silly question but just curious to know.

Does the Tech-nation always checks the candidate profile on LinkedIn while we submit for the endorsement or optionally they check ?

Let say without the LinkedIn profile view is there anyone got the endorsement ?
Or If there is no profile views yet means they haven’t opened my application yet ?

On the application portal, the box to put one’s LinkedIn profile is optional. So, you may choose not to include it.

Endorsement and Rejection feedbacks shared on this forum have shown that they do check - perhaps, when the link is made available.

So, it’s really up to you.

In any case, if one has a prominent LinkedIn profile, a simple google search of such person’s name should easily throw up the profile.

Yes they do and sometimes based on profile matching with the evidences they conclude decision
