Kindly review: evidence structure and criteria alignment (Non-Technical / Commercial Leader)

Hi Everyone!

This forum has been incredibly helpful as I’ve prepared my Stage 1 application, and I’d really appreciate feedback on the structure, clarity, and criteria alignment of my evidence as a Business / Commercial Leader applicant.

Quick Overview:
I am a senior commercial leader at an AI-powered product-led digital technology company operating in regulated, enterprise environments. My work has focused on scaling the business commercially through go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, pipeline generation, pricing and packaging, partnerships, and customer expansion. For anonymity, I’ll refer to this as Tech Company A.

Hi @John_Pennypacker

You have a promising set if you are able to ensure the following:

  1. LORs should come from experts in the industry
  2. MC: ensure you attach participation and not just invitations. This should be in large tech conferences with pictures and related letter.
  3. OC1: each evidence should establish what’s the innovation , your contribution to it , proof of product in market and its associated traction. Use product frameworks , diagrams, any launch PR and media , pictures etc apart from letters as letters are insufficient
  4. OC3: impact should be quantified in core company metrics and should clearly be attributed to you beyond self claims

@Tamil_Selvan Thank you for sharing and the community would appreciate someone like you to contribute to its growth by supporting applicants here first.

I believe no Tech Nation application is the same, whilst there are general information that can give some guidance, just one application can’t guarantee success.

Thank you for sharing.
