Is Document Submission by Email

Hello Everyone, I am trying to apply for Global Talent Visa,

I have paid the fees, but about to upload my documents, however, I saw an information from Tech Nation that I would have to send all my documents as an attachement by email.

I dont know how true this is.

Please, can someone explain to me. I am a bit confused.

I did submit my documents via email upon seeing this as well but it is not needed, per the response I received from the email.
