I received endorsement for the Global Talent Visa today and I have a question in mind regarding ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain). It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help clarify.
Background:
From March 2021 to November 2022
- I held a Skilled Worker visa from March 2021 to November 2022. My wife was on a Dependent visa.
From November 2022 onwards
- I switched to a Dependent visa. Subsequently, my wife obtained a Skilled Worker visa
My question is:
- Will she be eligible for ILR in 3 years if she transitions to a GTV (Global Talent Visa) dependent visa from a Skilled Worker visa?
