Hope you are doing good.
I’m an ILR holder (came via GTV route and got the ILR after 3 years) and now my dependants completing 5 years shortly. My understanding is I should use the Set (O) form and I can file once the dependants complete 5 years continuous residence (with 3 years initial visa as Global talent dependant partner then another 3 years extension as Global talent partner).
Please confirm.
