IHS payment help needed

Hello everyone

I tried to make payment for IHS and got a decline message on screen. Checked my mail and found a transaction confirmation mail.

I went back to UKVI website to continue my application but I can’t proceed because the system still believes I haven’t made payment.

Called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was successful.

Please has anyone experienced something similar?
How was it resolved?

Please help.

P.S I have mailed home office and it might take 15 working days for a response.

Did you resolve this issue? Currently facing this and my biometrics appointment is tomorrow. I was able to book an appointment but unable to upload my documents on the TLS platform.
