Been invited to speak in google devfest on different states up to 6 delta rivers kogi Abia Imo etc
Hey tunnde, dm me. also in the process
It depends. HackerNews or Subreddits conversations about the GitHub repos is an example of peer recognition and I think that can work as long as the screenshots show adoption by the respective developer communities.
Too many applicants have used devefest. If you have to use it, combine it with other high profile conferences.
too late @Francisca_Chiedu but I added build with ai they reference all in the same group, maybe is structuring of it caused me adding devfest also my oc2 I don’t know why they didn’t accept it despite saying it supported talent pipeline from guide this was their actually word
How do I demonstrate that I have been recognised for my work outside of my immediate occupation that contributed to the advancement of the digital technology sector?
You can demonstrate this by providing evidence that you have gone beyond your day-to-day profession to engage in a significant activity that contributes to the advancement of the digital technology sector. Any evidence provided should be for voluntary activities (non-paid work) and must not be undertaken whilst representing a company or its products. Examples may include mentoring, advising, organising interest groups, leading on policy, teaching at a university or organising clubs or societies for the furthering of the field. Note that your own participation in educational activities (such as formal education, courses, etc.) is not sufficient as evidence.
from my evidence they saw recognition but I am applying for potential and not exceptional talent I was judge by that standard
, I got oc3 though
