You’ve described the evidence, but you haven’t stated the actual evidence you plan to submit. For context, evidence for speaking at a specialist event can include an invitation letter or email or a listing on a reputable organisation’s official website alongside other credible speakers. Also a video or image of you speaking on a tech focused topic to an audience of at least 100 professionals, a letter of appreciation or certificate, or a media mention or publication where the event and your name are referenced. Listing the specific evidence you intend to submit for each description will make it easier to give useful feedback.

Hi @Esanju_Babatunde,

a few things come up even from the titles alone…

We recommend 3 evidence per criteria with a 4th one in any of the 3. You have only 2 for OC3 with 4 for MC & OC2. Rebalance this if possible.

On OC3: both pieces appear to be about CareSyntra. You may want to include some of your other achievement there i.e before founding CareSyntra.

For CareSyntra: You have to show numbers and with evidence (dashboard, screenshot, app store downloads, things like that). The fact you are founder should convince the Assessors that you are responsible for the impact… but you will also need some external validation of those numbers whatever you chose. Who outside CareSyntra can speak to what you drove? What evidence can you share (it cannot be because your recommenders said so alone)

On MC: MC is about sector-level recognition, not just employer recognition. You have some good evidence there judging by the title but the drill down there maybe helpful

On OC2: I suspect providing details will show you categorised some of these activities and not that they are just one-offs. (Assesors don’t like that). Ensure for each document, you show 2 - 3 … showing sustained evidence for each.
