I was never asked to pay IHS - how do i pay?

I was never prompted to pay IHS fees during my phase 2 application. I expected to pay these IHS fees through Worldpay when finalizing my Phase 2 application but was only charged visa fees. Can someone advise me on how to pay for these fees?

It wasn’t clear from the government guidance (https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigration-application/refunds) on how to pay for these fees.

I completed my in-person biometrics today where I thought they might ask for IHS fees to finalize my application but didn’t receive any guidance from them.

I have the money ready to wire, just not sure where, how to send it. I still have a year of paid for IHS fees from a skilled worker dependent visa so maybe this explains it but I know UKVI wants their money so not sure this would matter.

You will eventually receive an email to pay the IHS fee. Keep an eye on your emails.

Thanks for your quick response! I will monitor my emails closely. Have a great weekend!

For the benefit of the group… I received two emails, one from “home.office.atlas” and another from “uk.visas.and.immigration.home.office” stating that I hadn’t paid my NHS IHS fee. I paid the NHS fee that same day and sent my payment confirmation to “workflowwns@homeoffice.gov.uk”. Home office approved my global talent visa the next day. We are awaiting BRPs which should arrive in 10ish days. Here was my timeline:

Applied for phase 2: 10 Sep
Biometrics: 14 Sep
Request for IHS NHS: 3 Oct
Phase 2 approval: 4 Oct
Home office’s original estimate of approving phase 2: 5 Nov
