I need help with the guide

At least 2 unique documents showing you are recognized as either a leading talent or potential talent (see Mandatory Criteria) and at least 4 unique documents showing you have any two of the other necessary skills (see Optional Criteria). You cannot use the same piece of evidence for more than one criteria.

My questions…

  1. With the statement above, is it acceptable to submit 6 evidences + 3 LOR, making it 9 in total or must it be 10?
  2. In the Tech Nation guide, the Optional Criteria have 4 sections with bullet points in each. Is it a must to provide the evidences from each of the section or can it be provided randomly (based on preference)?

Thanks everyone.

LORs don’t count in the 10 evidence count. The 10 is towards 3 criteria, minimum 6 (2 each).

You need to evaluate how many evidences are required for you to put together a strong application for demonstrating success in criterias and not approach it from a viewpoint of meeting the basic minimum number.

TN has given examples of evidences under each criteria (incl OC4). You don’t need to provide evidence towards each point: provide whatever and how many ever best fit your experience and will make your application strong.

You also need to pick exactly two optional criteria to submit evidence for.

Most people trend towards using 4 evidence docs for MC and 3 for each optional they choose
