According to the Tech Nation requirement , `Come with the author’s CV (or other proof of their credentials that the endorsing body will accept)
Aside from the CVs of my recommenders, what other proof of their credentials can I submit? One is the founder of a tech company with over 10 years of experience, and the other is the founder of a school management digital solution.
Also, All of his Achievements is on X formerly Twitter and not on Linkedin. Can I use his X handle only please?
Also, for the award category, Can I use a reference letter and a certificate obtained from the community? The reference letter recognizes my project at a national level, and the certificate supports this recognition.

According to Tech Nation’s Mandatory Criteria, one of the requirements states:
“You led the growth of a product-led digital technology company, product, or team inside a digital technology company, as evidenced by reference letter(s) from leading industry experts describing your work, or by news clippings, lines of code from public repositories, or similar evidence.”
I am a freelance Front-End Developer and also the Founder of a non-profit organization focused on training women in technology. Through this foundation, we have trained 46 women, and the initiative has received recognition from the Nigerian government, which I can evidence through official email correspondence
My question is:
Can my work as the founder and leader of this non-profit organization be used to satisfy this Mandatory Criteria please?
Also ,I have included the linkedin profile of my recommenders in the letter, is this okay or should i take a screenshot of their experiences and submit too. I will e using their Linkedin instead of their CV.
@Sylvia Having 2 years experience as a front end developer would have being okay but just 2 years in the tech space clearly shows you are not eligible and this is how the Tech Nation guideline puts it. “demonstrating you have up to 5 years work experience within the digital technology sector.” So if you have like 3 years in other tech sector role and 2 years as a developer will be fine.
Being a freelance Front-End Developer and a Founder of a non-profit organization may dilute your narrative. you may want to use non profit as a narrative of your contribution outside your being a Front-End Developer, which is your day to day job. But the NGO has to be structured, and the mentoring has to be majorly physical.

Yes! If you can show that you led the growth of a non-profit organisation with a specific focus on the digital technology sector…However, remember your first narrative of being a Front end Dev, inconsistent or conflicting narrative largely affects application outcome.
