I need help on Document submission using Home office email provided

Please, I want to submit my documents via email, but I am a bit confused if we are going to name the document such as the requirements.
for example: MC1, MC2, OC1, ..ETC.

or are to just sent the document the preffered name we want without following the process such as MC1, MC2, ETC

For my Tech Nation visa application, I kept the file name simple and consistence. Here’s the structure I used ,you can follow something similar:

Core Application Documents

Checklist.pdf
CV.pdf
LoR1_RefereeName_Title_Company.pdf
LoR2_RefereeName_Title_Company.pdf
LoR3_RefereeName_Title_Company.pdf

Mandatory Criterion Evidence

MC_01_Leading_Project.pdf
MC_02_Tech_Initiative.pdf

Optional Criterion Evidence

OC3_01_Technical_Contributions.pdf
OC3_02_Product_Development.pdf

Thank you! I just figured it out by given them different name to complete the 10 documents

Firstly, there’s only one MC. Hence, naming like MC1, MC2 etc is only going to confuse the assessors.

Following the naming convention, you should put something like MC_1_ or OC2_1_

I have submitted it and just gave it a different name.

The new system of submission is a bit confusing because based on the questions you answered thats how they will requestion for mandatory document. For me, the mandartory document listed was my cv and company registration certificate/ or document showing I am founder or senior exceutive.

Then, the other documents aspect, was were they listed the three letters of recommendation along as other information I ticked during the filling of the form on the website.

So, i just decided to give it a name based on what the document and submitted 10 documents.

``But the only issue I have now is that since i submitted my document via email and got the automatic email of confirmation, they haven't confirmed that my document have been sent to Tech Nation. Is there anything you think that is the issue of failure to send  my document to tech nation despite submitting it 5days ago or do i need to take any action after sending the documents via email?` Do you have any idea on this?

@ELF in my case, it took 10 days for them to confirm that my document has been sent to Tech nation and another 10 days for Tech nation to make a decision

There’s no specific style. Simply list the evidence you are listing in each criteria.
Mandatory criteria - Evidence 1
Mandatory criteria - Evidence 2.
Mandatory criteria - Evidence 3

OC2 Evidence 1
OC2 Evidence 2

Etc

I also I’ve a concerned: How did you get your Unique Application Number? (UAN)

Example:

Send your checklist and documents by email to: GlobalTalentEndorsements@homeoffice.gov.uk.

The subject line of the email must include the applicant’s:

  • unique application number (UAN) - this is 16 numbers starting with 1212
  • name
  • date of birth
  • Endorsing Body’s name - this is the Endorsing Body you are applying to

However, after I made the payment, I did not receive any UAN, instead I only received payment reference number.

So I’m really confused, how do I get the UAN.

I am going to send my documents via email.

In the new system of sending the documents via email, do I need to merge endorser’s CV with the LoR or shall I send the CV separately? Appreciate your quick help on this.

Each LoR should be merged with the respective CV as it’s a single document.
