I submitted my application on the 31st of December 2025 but I just noticed that I made a typo on my CV. Instead of Senior Product Manager, I entered Product Project Manager.
Is there anything I can do about this? My recommendation letters, employement contract, Personal Statement, and every other evidence Says Senior Product Manager.
Can this affect the outcome?
In my opinion, this shouldn’t be a problem. If your LinkedIn profile and all other documents clearly state the correct role, one typo on the CV is unlikely to affect the outcome. What really matters is the overall consistency of your evidence and how well it meets the criteria. Even the role description itself would help the reviewer understand your responsibilities beyond just the job title.
All the best.
If you’re particularly worried, you can always email home office the correction ideally before it’s passed to TechNation for review. Good luck with the application!
Thanks a lot for the response, Raphael.
Thanks for the feedback, Suyash. Its already with Tech Nation, I’m positive it wont be a problem.
Tech Nation will review your applications as a whole, and since all your other documents consistently state Senior Product Manager, a single typo on the CV is generally treated as a minor error. There is no formal way to amend it after submission, and no need to worry if your public profile shows you as a senior product manager.
