How to get validation from company for growth metrics shared

Hi, I’m applying for digital talent visa from business route and proving that I helped the company’s digital products grow. I’m sharing select revenues on excel (that’s how the company tracks them) in my Optional Criteria 3.pdf. but I want to get a signature (Docusign) from CFO as well on this. I filled out my 10 evidence list and don’t want to add a separate employer letter from the CFO just to confirm my data (I already got a reference letter from the CEO but he basically mentioned revenue growth in 2 numbers and ratios…).
The problem is, If I get the CFO sign my OC3.pdf, I’ll have to get a certificate of completion from Docusign and it will make my evidence pdf longer than 3 pages. I’m stuck please help.
How do you suggest me to proceed?

Hi @natalie excel sheets are not considered valid as they are editable formats. Instead, can you provide any official docs like company financial audit or report?

I plan to provide company’s audited filings in English (which is 100+ pages complete) but they do not show specific products, they show topline revenues. I both helped the topline revenues grow by introducing user acquisition and retention campaigns, but also I launched new products, bringing in extra revenue.

The CFO letter can just mention the revenue impact you brought in. That will suffice.

thanks pahuja. I’m stuck at where to share the founder (he is also the CEO) letter and have been thinking about it.

The founder shared the revenues my products brought in his letter. He also mentioned my topline growth initiatives. He is well-known in the industry in my country and abroad. I don’t know where to use his letter. I was thinking about using it in OC3 since he gives numbers and says I launched these products and I grew the userbase. However, in the MC, the point where I have to prove that I helped a product-led digital company grow, I need a letter from the company to prove it as excel tables are not sufficient. So again, I need to share the founder’s letter. (I’m confused as there’s a paragraph in the guidelines under MC that says “reference letter cannot be from immediate manager”. I worked directly with the CEO/founder so he is my immediate manager. But he is the one who can provide the reference letter for the evidence that I helped a company grow… I’m very confused where to use his letter.
Thanks so much for reading and thanks for your time.

You can use the ceo letter as LOR and CFO letter in MC for the numbers. Keep the financial sheet screenshots short and add the letter.

is that enough to have the letter with wet signature, or docusign is necessary again?

Regarding your point about putting CFO letter to the MC: but CFO isn’t a well-known person in the industry… To recap:

MC 1 - led the growth of a company: I led the growth of topline revenues, new product launches, and new user acquisition → therefore topline revenue growth

Evidence -
1- Excel tables,
2- audited financials (has only topline revenue and has 100+ pages!! I have audited financials for the last 6 years. I don’t know how to share these yet given the page and document limit…)
3- ?? → Letter from CEO/Founder (well-known in the industry in my country) or CFO or Chief Growth Officer (both unknown people in the industry) (need docusign again?)

OC 3 - led the growth of a company by launching products

Evidence -
1- excel tables only (we keep these in excels, complied from data) and my explanations
2- ?? → Letter from CEO/Founder (well-known in the industry in my country) or CFO or Chief Growth Officer (both unknown people in the industry)

You don’t need to show 100 pages, just show 1-2 important screenshots that make the point.

You can use the CFO letter as a validation in the criteria evidence since excel sheets are not considered valid evidences/ and the CEO letter as a LOR.
