How do I demonstrate that I have exceptional ability in the field by making academic contributions through research?

I need clarification on the below criteria:

"A letter of support from a research supervisor or other expert in your area of expertise affirming their potential world-class standard. "

While doing my masters, in one of the module assignments, my technical contribution towards the assignment work was so innovative which resulted in the work being presented at one of the well-known international conferences in Oslo. I have a letter of support from the professor on it. Would this letter of support help to meet this criteria or should I use this letter for some other criteria?

Please advise.

@SSingla if your work as you stated was so innovative, this question shouldn’t be arisen. You should be confident about the strength of that innovation and then use it or else choose something else.
