How can i apply for endorsement without applying for the visa now

Hey,
I’m planning to apply for endorsement first then in a couple of months for the visa itself, but not sure how it works, I check the gov.uk website but not very clear,
My question is, If apply for endorsement should I pay the insurance as well?
What is the link, just applying for the endorsement, not the visa. Really appreciate the help

You can’t pay for IHS until you get an endorsement and proceed to stage 2

Thanks @Francisca_Chiedu , So the moment I apply for visa , I will be redirected to endorsement page , ? Right ?
