How are evidences uploaded on tech nation form?

Hi,

I wanted to understand about the submission form. Are the 10 pieces of evidence and 3 reco letters uploaded against each criteria (MC and OCs)?

OR In other words, how to point each evidence doc to the criteria it fulfills?

There’s a text slot in the form where you associate each document’s file name with each criteria.
