I do game projects for myself. and I get income from it, but I don’t have a company. I don’t have a place to work but this is my job.
Is there a problem if I say no to the question “Do you work somewhere” on the application form? because if i say yes it asks me about the company registration number.
“Are you currently employed?” You can say “No”, and then under “Do you have any active digital technology business(es) that you have established?” Reply with “Yes”. Then explain on the details text field that you are self-employed / a sole trader.
On the “Company registration number”, refer them to the details you gave under the “Please provide details of the active digital technology business(es) you have established”
That is how I did mine and it worked just fine. I got my endorsement.
I do understand that, that is why I suggested a solution above which worked for me.
You don’t need to put any company registration number. Just point the reviewer to the details you put under the “Please provide details of the active digital technology business(es) you have established” field.
