GTV does not judge you on your contribution to company alone. It judges you also on other things including;
**Contribution outside your day-to-day/work
- Advicing or judging
**Recognitions and awards
You should be able to provide layers of evidence to back these up.
With your experience as you earlier mentioned, I have no doubt you will scale the Technical competence parts. However, the above are very key.
For recommendation letters, you need to show evidence of contribution on the projects you have worked on, through letters from customers, or clients, or organizations impacted. If you have helped a particular community improve their standard of living, can you get the head of that community to write you a letter? Can you include another document also as evidence?
