Can you please explain or send the rules on GT visa. Is there special requieremnt to work for digital sector to further apply for settlement. How flexible am I within those 5 years in terms of employment sector, so it does not harm my further process to get UK citizenship (theoretical example: can I work as an artist and in 5 years apply for settlement)

There’s no restrictions per se, the BRP says you can’t work as a Doctor or sport person. However, you have to show you work in tech when applying for settlement.
