Grouping evidence into MC and OC

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some guidance on grouping my evidence for my Tech Nation endorsement application.

I am applying under the Exceptional Promise route in Cybersecurity and I’m unsure where best to place the following:
• My mentorship evidence (serving as a mentor with a recognized Cybersecurity organisation)
• My Cybersecurity educational qualifications (Master in Cybersecurity with Distinction) and professional certifications (Certified in Cybersecurity CC with ISC2)
Should these be grouped under MC or OC evidence categories, or combined under a single criterion?

Mentorship can work for OC2, but only if you can show clear recognition and solid metrics that your mentoring actually contributed to the sector and it must be outside your paid job.

Your cybersecurity qualifications help your overall positioning, but they’re not evidence on their own. A Masters with Distinction isn’t enough by itself either. It only becomes useful in OC4 if you can show exceptional ability through academic contributions or research.
