Global Talent Visa Extension - Clarification Needed on Endorsement & Earnings Evidence

Hi everyone,

I’m applying for a Global Talent visa extension (Stage 2) and have a few points I need help clarifying. I received my endorsement from Tech Nation during my initial application. The online form is a bit confusing, and I’d appreciate any guidance from those who’ve gone through this.

  1. Endorsement Letter
    The form asks:

“Have you provided a letter of endorsement from an endorsing body?”

I selected Yes, since I was endorsed by Tech Nation earlier. But I’m unsure — does this mean I need to re-upload the endorsement letter again, even though it was already submitted for the initial visa? Or is referencing the previous endorsement enough?

  1. Evidence of Previous Earnings
    They list multiple documents Should I provide all of the listed documents, or is a subset sufficient?
    So far, I have:
  • Payslips (backed by a letter from employer on company letterhead)
  • Personal bank statements showing salary payments
    Do I still need to include tax documents (e.g., HMRC SA302, P60/P45), or are the above enough?
  1. Verification Details
    The form also asks for:

“Full contact details that will allow each of the documents provided to be verified if necessary.”

I’m happy to share my employer’s contact details, but what should I do for bank statements? Should I provide bank customer service contact info or something else?

  1. Amount of Documentation to Upload
    I’ve worked in two jobs in the UK over the past two years.
  • Do I need to upload all payslips from both jobs for the last two years?
  • Should I also include employment contracts for both roles, or is latest enough?

Would appreciate any insights or examples of how others structured their evidence pack.
