Is it a must you have a GitHub or stack overflow profiles to be endorsed. Is there any one who has been endorsed without one?

if can without these but other evidences should be strong enough to accept. It’s difficult though

You don’t need to have these to be endorsed. Not every candidate was endorsed with this evidence. Remember you have business and technical applicants in this application. There are several examples on the guideline of other kinds of evidence.
