I am Global talent visa holder for 2 years, which I got as tech leader, we first got it for 3 years.
However, since our newborn came also 2 years ago, we couldnt move to UK due to baby care reasons.
Now our visa left only for 1 year, can we extend it to 5 year if we explain situation to home office?

For extension, you need to submit proof of earnings in the field you were endorsed in.

my company already operating in that area, so there is no problem in that, but we dont operate in uk, and also we did not moved to UK. Do they still extend it if we apply?
