Hi @jrod, Well done! There are 11 documents, so you’ll need to remove one because the maximum is 10. I’ll advise that you find two mentorship opportunities in OC2.

Some thoughts

MC:

  • I don’t know if the two-person interview is strong enough (maybe because I don’t understand what it means clearly, so you may need to explain further).
  • Also, I’ve seen a lot of back and forth with proof of compensation as MC, so I’ll advise that when you apply with the stocks, you add salary growth, etc. At least, that’s how I did mine when I applied.

OC2

  • Add the two mentorship opportunities with students - i.e. 1 and 4 together. I’ve been told that TN doesn’t appreciate unstructured mentorship programs, so it’s better off as secondary evidence.
  • Also, your work with OC2 is a bit different from your MC work as a Customer Success Manager.

OC3

  • It looks good but seems a bit different from MC, too, but please ensure you demonstrate the impact of the work and the result.

@stevefrankie Thank you so much for reviewing this. I will make the necessary changes on your feedback. On OC3, Its true that its different from OC1 since I was in Sales for sometime before joining as a customer success manager in 2022. Again, I highly appreciate your feedback.

The mandatory criteria is weak as it does not show you have been recognized as a leader. Just providing evidence relating to your day job and salary evidence is not enough.

Volunteering for IBM related activity doesnt meet OC2. ADP list mentoring is not considered a structured programme as it does have a selection criteria.

Thank you @Francisca_Chiedu for your feedback. On MC1, I am trying for Exceptional promise and not exceptional talent. Do you think my evidence is still not sufficient. In my personal statement, I will mention that I aim to be exceptional talent through industry contributions in the future. ? On OC2, I will move IBM activity to OC3 since it was impact at work .

These days, it seems they expect similar standard of evidence for exceptional talent an promise
