Hello Everyone I am applying for Exceptional Talent Business Leader. I am a senior Executive
I have worked in a couple of countries in Africa , in telecom, FinTech and banking
In product related roles (currently working as a Head of enterprise and Merchant payment
Here is my application breakdown
Reference Letters
LOR1 - A VC - who was a Cofounder /CEO of a successful fintech in Africa - 7countries
I worked in this company for 3yrs, on business role, and i had company shares.
LOR2 - Group CEO of Fintech in Africa whom i worked with for 2yrs at my current company
Before he left for his new role
LO3 - A Head of mobile financial services at a Telco Mobile Money Provider whom i
worked with in industry wide projects (5projects including central bank projects and presidents Flagship projects for financial inclusion. I have worked with him for 3yrs as an industry Peer, he has mentioned the same projects in his letter.

Few points:
Evidence 7 in OC2: Assuming this mentorship was towards a topic in digital technology itself?
Evidence 9: in addition to showing impact, please do mention your own individual contribution to the success.

you can club Evidence 10 & 11 so you don’t miss out on a strong evidence.

Evidence 7 in OC2 : mentorship is all about digital technology. Is my OC2 strong enough what else can I add ? I have an appointment letter from the University as the lead mentor can that be included ?
Evidence 9 : first am the product owner. My impact was in product development , implementation and service deployment. Also I played a key role in customer/merchant education campaigns , marketing activities , acquisition of key partners that were instrumental in metrics performance which are directly attributed to me. This impact is also demonstrated by two certificates I have been awarded for revenue growth and growth in partnerships. I have as well included payslip showing bonus awarded and screenshot of business review slide showing revenue growth from the project. Do I need to add anything else ? { for context this evidence is at my current role with a Telco Mobile money operator }
Evidence 10 & 11 I will club them.

I think you have some good evidence but some unnecessary addition to the three page evidence may distract the assessor and weaken the quality of your evidence.

You need to neatly put your evidence together to show how you are considered a leader in the sector (MC). For evidence one ofMC, you can state that in addition to the reference letter from global executive, i have provided evidence of my invitation letter to an industry project (show the email trail), my picture listed among other industry leaders on the project, you can add screenshot if the invitation to the lauch.

Ensure the main reference letter in evidence 1 cover your significant contribution and impact on the project I don’t see the need for adding wikipedia link, what’s the connection? I think evidence 2 is still related to evidence 1.
