Specific Questions for the Forum Community:

  1. MC Framing (Crypto/Web3 Risks): How can I best present the $9M TVL and public ICO/SNS swap to ensure Tech Nation assessors view it as legitimate software engineering/fintech innovation rather than speculative crypto noise.
  2. OC3 vs OC1: Does MC + OC2 + OC3 look like the absolute strongest route for this profile, or would any aspect fit better under OC1 (Innovation)?
  3. Am a founder, I didnt put My salary? Guess its not mandatory, Am not comfortable with putting it, is it a penalty and If i decide to put it were could it fall?
  4. I am a software developer but also a business leader (founder) Under Which category do i fall? Should i allow technation to choose

Thank you all in advance for your time and feedback!

MC + OC2 + OC3 is plausible, but the current mapping has gaps. The Bizthon prize could support MC if independently documented and attributable to you; registration, domain receipts and a repository link alone show existence, not your recognition as a leader. The Google judging invitation may be stronger recognition if it shows why you were selected. For OC2, invitations and photos establish speaking, not sustained contribution or sector benefit; prioritize the strongest few talks and prove audience, selection and impact. A mailing list alone is weak evidence of community benefit.

For OC3, the $9M peak TVL and SNS/ICO swap are context, not engineering proof, and token price, incentives or market activity can inflate TVL. State the measurement/date and independently substantiate it. Pair it with your own architecture/code, technical decisions, security or operational outcomes, and adoption evidence. Swap proposals and treasury approvals evidence governance/launch, not your personal technical contribution by themselves.

I would not switch to OC1 unless you can evidence genuine innovation beyond building and launching a product; OC3 can cover significant technical, commercial or entrepreneurial impact. Choose criteria based on proof, not founder status.

Salary is not mandatory: omitting it is not a penalty. Include it only if reliable comparative evidence makes it probative; it can contextualize your seniority/remuneration, but cannot replace MC/OC proof. You need not force yourself into only “developer” or “business leader”: frame your actual role and personal technical leadership clearly, while Tech Nation assesses the evidence against the criteria.

@

@Akash_Joshi so i need to tag these things back to me because i man handled them myself. I thought company certificates replace employment letters.

@Raphael say something dear:smiley::sweat_smile::joy:.

Your profile is interesting but risky. Crypto/Web3 is heavily scrutinised. $9M TVL and ICO/SNS swap can look speculative unless you frame it as software engineering and fintech innovation with real users and code. Focus on technical artifacts, audits, and adoption.

MC: Your strongest items are Bizthon win, Google judge, Blockwisely feature, and ProSEIT role. Founder/CEO alone isn’t enough. Get external validation that you’re a leading talent.

OC2: Strong. Many speaking engagements and Stanford mentorship. Keep.

OC3: Solid if you prove technical contribution: grants, code, TVL, ICO, incubators. But DFINITY grant $10k is small. Emphasise open source, whitepaper, and user metrics.

OC3 vs OC1: Stick with OC3. OC1 is harder to prove unless you show a truly novel innovation.

Salary: Not mandatory. Don’t include if uncomfortable. Won’t penalise you.

Founder vs developer: You’re both. Let Tech Nation decide. Your evidence should show technical depth and leadership. Don’t force a category.

Red flags: Too much crypto, weak external recognition, no UK connections. Get independent expert letters. Strengthen MC. Don’t submit until MC is bulletproof.
