Exceptional Promise or Exceptional Talent

I have seven years of work experience as a cybersecurity professional. Over 3 years in consulting, 2 years in banking and over a year in a product led company.

Would this qualify me for exceptional talent or exceptional promise based on the number of years and the type of companies I have worked in?

You can apply for Exceptional Promise if you had a career of less than 5 years.

You can apply for Exceptional Promise if the career was more than 5 years but it was in another field. For example you had a 8 year career but worked as a civil engineer for 5 years and then switched to software development for 3 years.
