My name is Michael Sonaike and i am planning to apply for the GTV via the expectional promise route - I am a reconciliation and settlement manager and i have about 4 years experience in the digital technology sector.
LOR 1 - Group President / CFO of Company A
LOR 2 - MD / CEO of Company B
LOR 3 - Head of Finance of Company B - Has over 15 years experience in the sector and he is a recognized leader.
What do you think about my application please - Do you think the recommenders would fly?

First, I think you need to confirm that “Reconciliation and Settlement manager” is a qualifying role and under which skill - I believe your evidence will be assessed based on these.
As regards the authors of your letters, just naming their roles will not give full details of their career trajectory. While they are seniors in their roles, they need to be experts in the digital technology sector.

I can also pass as a payment operations analyst.
You have not said anything. I don’t think it is about your job title. You have just listed your recommenders, nothing about the nature of the company and if their profile suggests they are industry least.
