hi @kennyozordi your current list of evidences doesn’t follow the Technation Guidelines.

You’re supposed to submit at least two evidences from one Mandatory criteria and two optional criteria.

Also, please restructure your evidences to align with the format.

@kennyozordi Trust you are okay.

To add to what @Lakunle said, you need to meet just one MC and two OCs, along with other considerations, to be endorsed. In each of the above, you need at least two unique pieces of evidence presented within three pages. And 10 evidence sets for (MC and 2 out of (OC1,OC2,OC3 or OC4))

For context: let’s say you are presenting evidence for an award in MC1, you should show at least two different awards you received and present them within three pages. Kindly note that these are some of the things that make a strong application. Some people may still get endorsed without strict adherence to this, but they may be strong in other areas. It’s not cast in stone.

Regarding your evidence, kindly note that salary is just supplementary evidence, and you don’t want to start your MC list with that. Regardless of what you earn, it is not strong on its own. It is supported by your sector impact and overall narrative.

Holding an expert role is more of a direct sector focused assessment than a company or managerial role or responsibilities. A screenshot of an email invitation from the company’s HR and the others you listed are more aligned with managerial responsibilities.

For innovation, “Loan Product A on mobile app” and “Performance of Loan Product A” will not demonstrate your innovation in digital technology. For OC2, write ups of open‑source work and a photo of one presenter on stage will not demonstrate your own contribution to the sector. Finally, OC3 is about demonstrating that you have made significant technical, commercial, or entrepreneurial contributions to the field through a product led company, and what you listed will not meet that criterion. It may work for OC2.

I suggest you read through the Tech Nation guidance again to understand what is required and give yourself some time to gather more convincing evidence before you apply.

All the best.
