I’m looking for some advice regarding UK Global Talent endorsement and would really appreciate guidance from anyone who has been through the process or has relevant knowledge.
My profile summary:
Full Stack Developer with 7 years of experience
Tech stack: Laravel, Vue 3, React.js, with some Django / Python work
- Built multiple high-impact, client-facing platforms (healthcare, property management, construction, recruitment), often replacing costly SaaS solutions.
- Quantifiable outcomes for clients: cost savings ($1000/month in one project, £146k project revenue tracked), efficiency gains, automated workflows.
- Experience with complex features like multi-tenant systems, real-time dashboards, AI modules, e-signatures, automated funnels.
- I publish two small projects on GitHub and technical writing (Dev.to articles).
- Direct UK experience (working full-time in a UK company since June 2023).
- Clients willing to provide references — this is key for demonstrating impact and recognition.
I don’t have awards or speaking/webinar experience yet, so I’d really like to understand:
Based on this profile, do I have a chance for Global Talent endorsement (Exceptional Promise)?
What areas should I strengthen before applying?
