@MeshachAdams You are eligible to apply as an Experienced Product manager, however you have to be working in a technological company, which appears you are.

For a clearer narrative, I will suggest you stick with the Co-Founder/Product manager.

Your LOR authors appear to be okay, but you want to check their LinkedIn profile to be sure they have a strong career trajectory in the tech sector.

From experience, it’s a bit challenging to technically or commercially show how you led the growth of a product-led digital technology company as a Product manager, since you not building the product nor marketing it, you can however show product growth, most times this is not compelling enough for MC

Professional certification can give credibility or enhance your narrative, however, they are not accepted as evidence.

Employment Contract, Curriculum Production Tracker, Product Development Document and what have we, are not convincing evidence sets to show contribution in a company. Google Play Store (2M+ downloads) can not be attributed to you as a Product Manger, it’s as a result of the company’s product built by the team.

Also, Co-founder Agreement (30% equity stake), Company Registration (YeboKenny Media Pty Ltd, South Africa) and so, are good sets of documents but will still not show leadership or contribution.

Do you have a registered patent for PCI DSS Compliant Infrastructure (first at this scale in Nigeria)? Other things listed are not new in the payment domain. Also compliance certificate does not make it innovative, just that it meets the required standard for operation.

From recent feedbacks, dashboards evidence without external validation are termed as being self authored. Subscribers, downloads and what have you, you need to show how you own these, ownership - So it’s not termed as company or team success, even at that, most of the evidence listing in OC3 are not unique, evidence sets need to be.

Overall, you are eligible as an experienced product manager/co-founder. However, you evidence is weak.
