Hi everyone,

I’m seeking advice on my Tech Nation application. I have experience working for product-led companies, starting as a software developer at Jumia. I then moved into data analytics, contributing over 7 years as a business intelligence expert at Fintrak Software, NowNow Nigeria (Fintech), and M-Kopa (Fintech).

Last year, I moved to the UK and began working as a senior HR MI analyst at Leicester City Council, which is a government organization. I’m unsure if I should include this experience in my application. What do you think?

You should include it in the CV and overall descriptions to avoid holes in the timeline but don’t provide evidences from there since it’s not a product led company

Hi @Ritae since it’s not a product-led digital company, you can skip showing evidence from this as it might weaken your evidence set. You can include a line about it in your personal statement and cv.
