Hi guys, I applied once (but failed) when Tech Nation’s platform was still available. I remember there used to be a session where you can fill in Endorser’s Linkedin.
Now I want to give my 2nd attempt but it seems everything has to be uploaded via Home Office form? My question is where do we provide the CV/ Linkedin profile of letter recommenders? Cus my letters of recommendation are 2.5 pages long and it’s impossible to attach the whole CV within 3 pages.
or do we email [GlobalTalentEndorsements@homeoffice.gov.uk] about this?
I see there is a massage auto-reply asking:
"Tech Nation applications, have you submitted 10 individual pieces of evidence, 3 letters with author cv’s attached to the letters and your CV? "
The recommenders CV and credentials are not part of the 3 page limit so you can attach them without worrying about the 3 pages. Only the letter needs to be within 3 pages, the cv can go past it.
thank you Priyanka! But my concern is when I submitted all my documents to [GlobalTalentEndorsements@homeoffice.gov.uk], I didn’t realise the requirement of author’s CV… as it’s not showing on here:
I did read it and previously there is a session where you can fill in their LinkedIn profile but now there isn’t.
The guidelines say Come with the author’s CV “or other proof of their credentials that the endorsing body will accept” —> I supposed this could be LinkedIn right?
I just wonder if adding another thread to list 3 recommenders LinkedIn in plain text is fine as some recommenders don’t have CV attachments can be provided.
Thank you. I can attach authors’ cv/ linkedin in the 2nd email thread? Cus in the 1st thread, I only attached my cv, 3 letters (with NO cv) & 10 MC/OC evidences, I wonder if I need to explain this to Home Office
