One of my recommender has changed his company but while issuing the letter he had put previous company official email id which is obviously no longer accessible. how can i get this change incorporated please help.

Could you please eloborate? I am not sure I understand your question.
If your recommender has changed company but gives you a feedback from a previous engagement and then they can provide their current valid details while giving a feedback about you that concerns previous engagement. Is that what you are after?
