I have got this email. I previously received a similar email, and I already submitted these docs in a single email. My question is, does the recommendation letter need to be 3 pages, including CV or excluding? All my letters are 3 pages, but the CV combined takes them up to 5-6 pages in some letters.

The Endorsing body accepts
1 CV (applicant)up to 3 A4 pages
3 separate letters of recommendation up to 3 A4 pages, with their CV’s merged.
10 separate pieces of evidence, each piece up to 3 A4 pages.
Can you please send all of your documents altogether in one email. Please 10 separate pieces of evidence upto 3 A4 pages (Business proof is also considered as evidence). Please also attach the letters of recommendation and CV.

The CV and E-signature meta data are not included in the 3 pages limit for letters of recommendation. And this is how Tech Nation clearly states it
Be up to 3 single sides of A4 paper, excluding the author’s credentials and contact details

Well I believe, your document have not being accepted. Hence the email to you, to adjust the document to meet the acceptable standard. In doing that, you may need to remove and add. So, you can go ahead and adjust it to meet the standard and for transparency if you need to change something significant, you can mention it briefly to them.
