I have a dependent (my wife), do I have to attach the marriage certificate in my application? or that is only a requirement in her application?

she is applying with you then yes you will have to submit it, otherwise no.

I mentioned her in my application as spouse and dependent. she is not applying with me, she will apply after me directly after i get my entry clearence. I still don’t have to put marriage certificate in my application, only in her application ?

Yes you don’t but she has to. Burden of providing relationship proof is on dependent not on main applicant. So when she applies she will have to.
