Documentation Criteria for Exceptional Talent (IT)

Hello Everyone,

I’m planning to submit my endorsement this month, and below is my fulfillment criteria. I would truly appreciate it if you could kindly review and share your guidance.

Personal Summary
I have 19+ years of experience in IT, working on cutting-edge technologies including AI, Robotics, and Automation. I am currently employed full-time at a reputed Telecom company in the UK.

List of Documentation

  1. 1st LOR – Current Company
    Letter received from the CIO (also a GTV recipient, 2022). I am working here on cutting-edge technologies; however, due to NDA restrictions, related documents cannot be disclosed externally.
  2. 2nd LOR – Previous Company
    Letter received from a Client Partner, under whom I worked a few years ago.
  3. 3rd LOR – AI SaaS Startup (London, 6–8 years old)
    I worked end-to-end in developing an AI platform currently being used by a third-party company. Letter received from the Founder & CEO.

Additional Achievements

  1. Author of the book “AI – The Code of Why?”, published on Amazon and Barnes & Noble (available in both digital and physical formats).
  2. Published a couple of AI-related articles on a well-known platform in London.
  3. My profile was featured on an overseas digital platform.
  4. Recently filed a patent and trademark in response to product demand (currently under review, not yet approved).

Note:
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to shape the documentation to create stronger impact. Specifically, I’d like advice on the best way to articulate my documents to make them precise, compelling, and aligned with the endorsement requirements.

Also to get clarification on:

  1. I have worked with Startup for Part time on an AI Product but i have not charged any amount.
    Could you help me that how to articulate this story as no salary was given as it was an innovation work to self enhancement.
    Any inputs on above questions would be appreciated.
