Do Tier 2 visa dependents need to switch when main applicant applies for Global talent

Hi all,

I am currently on Tier 2 visa, I have 2 dependents who are with me in the UK. All of our visas are valid till March 2023. However, I am applying to switch to the global talent visa now. Therefore, my question is regarding my dependents. Do I need to switch their visas now, or can they apply later, around Feb?

I would appreciate any responses.
