Hi guy, Recently i got rejected for OC3 and MC. My OC4 is accepted.
Previous application was accepted for MC and OC4 and OC3 was rejected for Not proving that it is a product led company but reviewer acknowledge my work, reference letter and company accounts.
However this time i added one more document proving that it is a product led company in OC3.
Below is the reason that they rejected my OC3 and Mc
1: For my first 2 letter recommender is saying that they didn’t mention my individual contribution however they did mention my individual contribution such as letter one mentioned that i led the biggest real estate web application and also mentioned my innovation that i develop eye gaze wheelchair and my second letter clearly mentioned that i wrote whole algoritham and machine learning models for one of the AI project for our client.
2: My MC was accepted previously because i had won award from UNICEF for my Eye gaze wheelchair innovation and got 5 months free incubation. Unicef published an article as well and reviews from participants however he is accepting that but yet rejected my MC even though i guess i 100% fullfil MC criteria and one more document which was previously accepted in MC was growth of one NGO by facilitating whole city. This time they rejected it saying that this is not something that they expect from an extraordinary person.
3: They rejected previously Oc3 for not proving product led but this time the same criteria and they rejected for not proving its impact. However in the document i clearly mentioned the impact of eye gaze wheelchair and home automation kit on individual life who is disabled with unicef article mentioning impact on his life and youtube video that i added in yhe evidence. On the other hand the eye controlled home automation kit got 5000 pound sales in one month aldo i added positive reviews of customers as well in the OC3 document. Total 170 kits had been sold to individuals with disabilities and their reviews is one of the biggest impact i guess. Also acknowledged by my CTO in reference letter.

Mandatory Criteria:
1: Recognized as a leader in Generation Unlimited youth challenge bootcamp 2021 in Pakistan organized by UNICEF for innovation specifically in Digital Technology sector.
*I discussed how i led my team in this bootcamp and how i made possible to develop this Technology in just 4 months. I mostly concentrated on writing algorithm for this technology which is backed up by my Co-founder and CEO of my company.
11 teams were chosen from all across Pakistan from total of 450 teams and I was one of them and the national winner of Generation unlimited bootcamp.

4: Growth of school of Leader Foundation NGO (Tech Based) 2022
*In 2021, School Of Leadership Foundation chose me from all over Karachi to facilitate other young entrepreneurs for 10 days facilitated program as a representative of Generation unlimited to find individuals from around the country to generate solutions under the broad theme, Alleviating Lives of People and the Planet. Through my leadership, I reached out to many individuals and played a vital role to demonstrate the importance of improving the lives of people and the planet and encouraged them in brainstorming new ideas.
By the recognition of this I was also chosen to provide tech courses to individuals. In 2021, I provided 2 months of detailed C++ Programming courses to orphans and gave them motivation for digital excellence and how they can be successful. One startup from the same group was selected for the Generation unlimited 2021.

I discussed the two products that i led and developed. I wrote the algorithms one of the AI based technology helped us secure UNICEF Funding mentioned in MC1.
