My wife is coming with me as we come to UK as a dependent visa holder to my global talent visa, however, in my application, I said no to “Does anyone rely on you for financial support?
Include both those travelling with you and those who are not.” question because she already has a job and no need for my financial support and we dont have any kids.
Can she still does her application for the visa as a dependent to my visa? Or should i start all over again?

Yes, she still your dependant, it is still the term used for those who can accompany you to the UK. If in doubt just feel a fresh application if you have not submitted.
